ABOUT MARY

Hello! I am Mary; the creative & owner of this lovely photography business.

I am a mother to a sassy 4 year old (Emma) and wife to an incredible hubby who is also a fellow business owner. We are lucky to both love our jobs but nothing is more important than Emma! Our family is always first; kindness and silliness are also top priorities. ;)

Growing up with a family full of women, I have always been surrounded with females who embody bravery, resiliency, and love. We weathered a few storms in our lives but it was our continued support for one another that empowered each of us to blossom in life.

I am proud to have been shaped with such female support and now, my passion has grown to focus on empowering women through my photography. Giving both mothers and business owners imagery that can share their story beautifully and authentically.

I graduated over 15 years ago with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography & Film from VCU. I started my career as an Art Producer for The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia. I produced print ads for some of the top brands such as Nespresso, Walmart, Geico, Hanes, and many more. During my years as a producer, I orchestrated some incredible productions with some of the top photographers and celebrities worldwide.

In 2013, I started my business officially and have never looked back. I absolutely love the creative process of business ownership and building a brand that is my own. I embrace the constant growth and love tweaking the business model to better serve my families. Over the years, I have built beautiful relationships (and friendships) with my clients and witnessed the most beautiful chapters of their lives. What a honor to be their creative storyteller in their lives! If you want me to tell your story through my lens, be sure to schedule a call with me. I look forward to hearing from you!
