It is such an honor to have the opportunity to photograph your wedding day. I believe in documenting your day as authentically as possible while capturing the beautiful moments in a natural and timeless way. As your photographer, I promise the utmost attention, excitement, and overall exceptional client experience. It is my hope that you will hold these memories close to your heart and relive them for years to come!



Each love story is unique as well as each wedding day. Once we go over your wedding details, we can arrange the most personalized package for you and your future spouse. I understand you have many decisions during your wedding planning process so I strive to make the photography decisions as easy and simple as possible. I offer one base package in which you may add any of the a la carte items to ensure the most custom package for your big day. The average investment for full day wedding coverage and the a la carte offerings ranges from $5,200-6,800.

Q: How many images will I receive from the engagement session?

A: For a 1 hour engagement session, you will receive anywhere from 50-60 high resolution images. You will receive the full gallery within 3 weeks. The final number of images depends on the length of the shoot and/or any additional production value.


Q: How many images will I receive from the wedding day?

A: For an average 8 hour wedding day, you will receive anywhere from 500-800 high resolution images. You will receive the full gallery within 6-8 weeks. The final number of images depends on the length of the wedding the time and/or any additional production value.


Q: How long do you keep my photos on file?

A:  Your images will be available on your gallery for 6 months.


Q: Will I receive the right to print my photos?

A: Yes, you have the full rights to print your photos. You can print directly from your personal online gallery through the best quality professional lab!


Q: Can I post the photos to my social media?

A: Yes, you may post on your social media pages. I would greatly appreciate your support by tagging your photos with “@maryotanezphotography” (Facebook) and with “@maryotanezphotography” (Instagram). Please refrain from adding filters. Thank you.


Q: Do we own the copyright to the photos?

A: No. Mary Otanez Photography retains the copyright to all images. You have permission to share and print the images for unlimited amount of time. It simply means you may not sell the images for commercial or editorial use.


Q: Do you offer coverage for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, etc?

A: Absolutely! I love event coverage. These events are priced individually based on the size of the event and how many hours you require my services. Contact me for a custom quote.


Q: I want to book a session with Mary Otanez Photography. What are the next steps?

A: Yah! To officially book, I will send you a contract with all the proposed services and pricing. You simply need to review, sign, and then pay the retainer online. Easy! 


Q: Can I still book the date if I cannot get my retainer payment to you right away?

A: Unfortunately, I can only hold the date for you. If someone else wants that date and is ready to put the retainer payment down then I will simply contact you to give the first right of refusal (the opportunity to pay the retainer payment). If you are unable to do so, I will have to book the other client, but we can always reschedule for a new date if that is still an option for you.
